Leeds / Manchester | Hybrid Working
£60,000 – £70,000 basic
I'm working with an established, growing professional services group with a national presence, looking to strengthen its marketing function with a commercially minded and ambitious Marketing Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established marketing team, working across multiple service lines and regional offices, with the chance to influence marketing strategy while remaining close to delivery.
We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing fundamentals with an analytical mindset, commercial awareness and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced marketing function, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing activity that supports brand positioning, business development and wider commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business areas and regional markets.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, commercial teams and business leaders to understand priorities and identify opportunities.
- Supporting brand development, proposition positioning and go-to-market activity.
- Using market research, customer insight and performance data to inform marketing strategy and measure effectiveness.
- Creating compelling content, thought leadership and communications that engage target audiences.
- Supporting business development initiatives, events, bids and tenders.
About You
We're keen to speak with bright, ambitious marketing professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
You'll ideally bring:
- A strong background in B2B marketing - within professional services, property, consultancy, or construction
- Broad marketing experience, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data, market insight and commercial information to shape marketing decisions.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across different business functions.
- A good understanding of brand, digital marketing, content, campaigns and business development.
- A personable, polished and resilient approach, with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
Previous line management experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. We're equally interested in speaking with high-performing Senior Marketing Executives or Marketing Managers who have the potential and ambition to progress.
