Senior Account Manager | MSP / IT Solutions

£50,000 – £58,000 basic + uncapped commission

Manchester | Hybrid – 3–4 days in the office

I'm partnering with an established, growing technology solutions provider in Manchester as they look to strengthen their commercial team with an ambitious, commercially driven Account Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in the MSP or IT reseller market who enjoys the balance of developing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and maximising account potential. Alongside this, you'll be actively developing your own pipeline, opening doors to new customers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

With a broad portfolio spanning cloud, Microsoft/Azure, cyber security, networking, connectivity and managed services, you'll be engaging with a variety of stakeholders, from technical decision-makers through to senior leadership.

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales experience within an MSP is essential
• A combination of account management and new business development experience
• Confidence in generating your own leads, building pipeline and winning new customers
• Experience selling across a range of IT solutions and managed services
• A consistent track record of delivering against sales targets
• A proactive, ambitious individual with a genuine desire to develop and progress

You'll be joining a business with strong vendor relationships, an established customer base and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.
