Service Engineer Packaging Machinery - #2177962

Service Engineer | Packaging Automation - M62 Corridor | Central UK

Most service engineer adverts sound exactly the same.

This one doesn’t.

I’m working with one of Europe’s most respected automation manufacturers.

Their equipment isn’t found in every factory.

Their engineers aren’t expected to race from breakdown to breakdown.

Instead, they’re trusted to support sophisticated automation used by many of the UK’s leading food and consumer goods manufacturers.

If you’re the sort of engineer who enjoys solving problems properly rather than simply getting machines running again, we’ll probably have a good conversation.

Ideally you’ll have experience of:

• Packaging machinery
• Robotics
• PLC controlled automation
• Installation & commissioning
• Customer facing service work

Whether you’ve worked on case packers, cartoners, pick & place robotics or other high-speed automation isn’t important.

Good engineers recognise good engineering.

The opportunity

• UK field-based
• Ideally located around the M62 Corridor or Central UK
• Significant overtime available
• OTE circa £60,000+
• Company vehicle
• Pension
• Healthcare
• Ongoing manufacturer training
• Long-term career development

If you’ve reached the point where you’d rather work for a business recognised for engineering excellence than simply another machinery manufacturer, I’d be pleased to have a confidential conversation.

I’ve specialised exclusively in packaging machinery and industrial automation for over 25 years. I know this company well, I’ve successfully introduced engineers into the business before, and I’ll happily tell you both the positives and the challenges before you ever attend an interview.
