This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working closely with stakeholders and ensuring Salesforce runs efficiently across the business.
For the first 12 months, the role will be predominantly focused on Business as Usual (BAU) support, with opportunities to become more involved in platform improvements, enhancements and wider Salesforce projects as the role develops.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administration and BAU support for the Salesforce platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, user queries and system errors.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles and access controls.
* Maintain data quality, integrity and accuracy across Salesforce.
* Create and update reports, dashboards, workflows and validation rules.
* Support configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, page layouts and automation.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve Salesforce functionality.
* Assist with system testing, upgrades, releases and ongoing platform maintenance.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall user experience.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce support role.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration and security.
* Experience handling BAU support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
* Good knowledge of Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards and data management.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Salesforce Administrator certification would be advantageous.

What's on Offer?
* Opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day Salesforce administration.
* Exposure to a range of business functions and stakeholders.
* Long-term opportunities to contribute to Salesforce enhancements and projects.
* Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your Salesforce expertise.

If you're a Salesforce Administrator who enjoys hands-on support, troubleshooting and improving systems, we'd love to hear from you.
