You will know your role remit of Client Support better than anyone as you do it every day – in many cases the role remains broadly similar wherever you go, but what changes is the culture of the business, the type of clients and the value and appreciation you feel from the people you are working alongside.

A city centre Financial Planning firm, with a low staff turnover are looking to bring on board an experienced Financial Planning/Client support

Their ideal hire would be someone who is highly experienced in the role of supporting Financial Planners and their clients as well as working alongside Paraplanning staff who are very knowledgeable and technical. They would love to meet someone who is happy to get involved in all aspects of pre and post business and someone who prides themselves on their customer service approach, as much of the role will see the new hire be the first, and in some cases, main contact for the clients. This firm and team are extremely welcoming, have a long established client base and have some exciting plans for the future. They will pay well to secure the right person, so you can expect a salary of £35,000-£40,000. They will pay what they need to get the right hire.
