Commercial solicitor - 3-5 PQE

Our client is a commercial law firm based in Manchester which has built its reputation on straightforward, partner-led service. The firm advises a impressive mix of UK corporates, fast-growth tech businesses, international brands, and mid-market private equity backed companies.

They are now looking for a mid level commercial solicitor to work on a mix of commercial agreements (drafting, reviewing, negiotating), as well as providing advise on key areas of compliance

The ideal candidate will be expected to have:

- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years experience gained from a recognised commercial practice

- Solid foundational knowledge of general commercial contracts
