General Manager - Premium Bar & Kitchen

Manchester Up to c.£50k base + tronc & service (£60k+) + bonus + package

A well-loved premium brand runs one of the best bar/restaurants in the North.

It’s busy, it’s beautiful, and it needs a GM who’ll run it like their own.

Lead a great, engaged team from the floor

Set the standard and hold it, every shift, every guest

Keep the food and drink offer razor sharp - quality throughout

Be the face of the brand with key partners and head office

Already a GM (or snr. AGM) of a premium food & drink site

A leader who’s on the floor, not in the office

Obsessed with service and standards

High-volume, brand-flagship experience a real plus

Happy with flexibility around working pattern
