Are you a Structural Engineer looking to join a specialist consultancy in a period of development and growth offering a position with autonomy, a wide range of training, clear scope for progression, and opportunities to be put through your chartership, fully funded?

Are you looking for a flexible role, including flexi-hours and hybrid work, as you build your portfolio working on a range of complex and interesting projects across a multitude of sectors, overseeing all elements from cradle to crave?

In this role you will work on large scale residential, complex industrial architecture, historical buildings, railways and infrastructure, sports stadiums, and more. You will be involved in the stress and structural calculations, assessing designs and requirements, whilst liaising with internal and external teams, with occasional client site visits.

This company has been established for nearly 60 years and has recently undergone an exciting transitional period; they are leading UK consultancy, operating across 6 UK sites, and aim to replicate year-on-year success and continue to grow. Offering premium civil and structural services, they work on technically complex and varied projects across a multitude of sectors.

This role would suit a Structural Engineer looking for an opportunity to bolster their career within a specialist consultancy, as they receive expert training, opportunity to progress to an Associate/Principle, fully funded chartership, and other company benefits.

The Role:

• Structural analysis and calculations
• Develop designs and drawings within AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit
• Prepare documents and reports
• Occasional travel opportunities to visit client sites
• 37.5 hours per week, flexible hours, hybrid work
