Konker is recruiting for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established RIBA practice in central Manchester.

With around 50 employees across multiple UK studios, the practice is known for its collaborative culture, sustainability focus and flexible working environment.

The Manchester office has a close-knit team of 10, offering a supportive setting to develop your experience across a range of projects.

The Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• Salary between £31,000 – £36,000
• Hybrid and flexible working
• Work remotely for up to 3 weeks a year, in the UK or abroad

You’ll assist across a variety of projects, primarily within the commercial sector, gaining exposure to different project types and stages.

With work ranging from early design through to later technical stages, this is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop your technical skills.

You’ll ideally be an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant, with a broad understanding of architectural project stages. Strong Revit skills are essential, and candidates with substantial post-diploma experience will be considered.

Start date: Before the end of 2026.
