The Role

As a Paralegal, you'll support highly experienced trade union lawyers on complex and high-profile matters, including:

• High Court and appellate litigation
• Judicial Review proceedings
• Multi-claimant Employment Tribunal cases
• Large-scale group actions involving thousands of claimants
• Strategic cases that influence employment and collective rights law

What We're Looking For

• Aspiring solicitor or legal professional with a strong interest in employment and trade union law
• Litigation experience or knowledge of court procedures (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong IT and Microsoft Excel capability
• Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Commitment to social justice and the values of the trade union movement
