The company: An established, family-owned business specialising in the design and supply products to retailers, distributors and commercial customers worldwide.

Main duties:

To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.

The Role:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all details are recorded correctly.

- Respond to customer queries promptly providing clear information on products and pricing

- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

- Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, productivity and customer service efficiency.

- Work towards team targets and service level agreements ensuring compliance with company procedures and data protection requirements.

The Candidate:

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential

- Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative role needed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident, proactive and dynamic

- IT literate
