Location: Prestwich, Greater Manchester
Working Arrangements: Full-time, office-based or hybrid
An established and growing law firm in Prestwich is looking to recruit a Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its expanding property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional residential conveyancing and develop expertise in property investment, refinancing, bridging finance and specialist property lending.
The Role
You will manage caseload of residential property transactions, with the complexity and nature of the work tailored to your experience and capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Handling property acquisitions and refinancing transactions, including those involving limited company borrowers
- Acting on transactions funded by bridging finance and specialist lenders, where appropriate to your experience
- Reviewing title documentation, searches, enquiries and mortgage or lending requirements
- Preparing reports on title and reviewing relevant finance documentation
As your experience develops, there will be opportunities to take on more Commercial matters.
