We're looking for an exceptional Senior Photographer & Retoucher who lives and breathes hair, beauty, fashion and social media. You'll have an outstanding editorial eye, expert photography and retouching skills, and obsessive attention to detail. We specialise in luxury beauty content and love natural imagery and invisible retouching, beautiful results that neverlook overly edited.

You'll know how to achieve exceptional lighting, accurately colour-correct hair and skin, and independently deliver imagery to the highest standard.

This is an ongoing part-time role requiring at least three full days per week. We can also offer full-time work for the first few months to support our upcoming launches, before transitioning to part-time.

• Photograph hair extensions, products, models and campaigns for our website, social media and marketing.
• Lead shoots and capture professional camera and iPhone photography.
• Expertly retouch hair, skin and products with a natural, editorial finish.
• Deliver precise colour correction, maintaining accurate hair shades and skin tones.
• Replicate creative references and editing styles with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
• Proactively review, improve and update website imagery.
• Attend creative shoots, campaigns and launches with our Founder and team.
• Organise image libraries, editing workflows and spreadsheets.
• Use AI tools and emerging techniques where they improve quality and efficiency.

• Significant photography experience within beauty, fashion, luxury or e-commerce brands.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating premium photography and natural, editorial retouching.
• Advanced hair retouching skills, preserving realistic texture, movement, shine and detail.
• Expert studio lighting, composition and colour correction skills.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom proficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail, both on set and in post-production.
• Ability to follow visual references precisely and consistently.
• Confident working independently, taking ownership and managing deadlines.
• Genuine passion for hair, beauty, fashion, Instagram and visual trends.
• Highly organised, proactive and open to AI-assisted workflows.

Desirable: Experience photographing and retouching hair extensions.

We're a small, friendly creative team with a cosy office right next to Cheadle Hulme train station.

You'll work closely with our Founder & creative team, attend exciting shoots and campaigns, and help shape the imagery of a growing luxury beauty brand.
