We are working on behalf of a leading accountancy and business advisory firm seeking an Associate Director – FP&A to support the continued growth of its Financial Planning & Analysis proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to combine technical expertise, commercial acumen and business development within a client-facing leadership role.

The Role:

You will play a key role in developing and delivering FP&A services, working closely with entrepreneurial, high-growth and scale-up businesses to help them make informed strategic and financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver FP&A services to a range of clients.
• Support businesses with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
• Build strong client relationships and provide commercial financial insight.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the FP&A offering and wider team.

About You:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• Strong FP&A experience within practice, industry or an advisory environment.
• Proven commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
• Experience in business development and winning new work.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills.
