Manchester city centre

Creideas is recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a Manchester-based client. We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven Talent Acquisition Partners to join and existing team in Manchester and help play a key role in attracting and developing the talent that will drive their growth.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in attracting great talent, delivering a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting employee development and retention. Working closely with Heads of Departments you’ll build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and help ensure we bring the right people into the business. You’ll also look for ways to strengthen the clients people practices and create a better experience for our teams.

From managing end-to-end recruitment and improving onboarding to supporting training initiatives, engagement and people metrics, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee journey. My client is looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives on a challenge and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Someone who’s curious, full of ideas and confident enough to challenge the status quo and find better ways of doing things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole recruitment process, from creating engaging job adverts and screening applications to interviews, offers and onboarding
  • Partner with Function Heads and hiring managers across the UK and Ireland to understand hiring needs, identify the right talent and build pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Explore creative ways to attract candidates, strengthen our employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), monitor recruitment activity and analyse people data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Take ownership of People projects and initiatives, improving recruitment and onboarding processes and turning ideas into practical actions.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.
  • Stay curious about emerging recruitment trends, tools and people practices, bringing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo.

Working pattern:

This is an office based role Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours between 8am-6.30pm.

The individual

We’re looking for someone who brings energy and a real passion for people and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

You’ll ideally be:

  • A people person who loves building relationships.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • An organised, adaptable multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven problem-solver who embraces challenges and fresh ideas.
  • A confident communicator and collaborative team player who brings energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous Recruitment, talent acquisition or HR experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • My client is open to candidates with transferable skills, a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about recruitment and people, and wants to make a real impact. You’ll bring fresh ideas, take ownership of projects and play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining great talent as my client continues to grow.
