Site Manager - #2172575

Trades 360 are recruiting an experienced Site Manager with SC clearance to oversee and coordinate construction or operational projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects within scope and schedule. This role requires strong leadership skills, management expertise, and the ability to supervise teams effectively.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise site personnel, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor project costs, resources utilisation, and timelines to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure all site activities comply with legal requirements, health & safety standards, and security protocols including SC clearance requirements.

Must have SMSTS and SC clearance as minimum

The job is on a government building for 23 weeks

7.30am to 5pm

no rip out just complete fitout

£300 to £350 a day
