Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Leading tender and bid processes from identification through to submission and award
  • Developing senior-level relationships with prospective clients
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and service contracts
  • Working closely with operational leadership to ensure successful mobilisation of new business
  • Providing market intelligence, commercial insight and strategic recommendations to the board

About You

We're interested in speaking with commercially driven individuals who have a proven track record of winning business within the Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning or Soft Services sectors.

You'll likely bring:

  • Significant business development experience within Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning or a related service environment
  • Demonstrable success in securing new contracts and growing revenue
  • Strong public sector tendering experience
  • Experience leading bids from concept through to contract award
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to operate autonomously and influence senior decision-makers
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to winning work

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can provide direction, challenge thinking, create opportunities and deliver results.

What's on Offer?

  • Basic salary of approximately £70,000
  • Car allowance
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Significant autonomy and influence
  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future growth of a successful business

If you're an ambitious commercial leader who enjoys building relationships, winning contracts and helping businesses achieve their next stage of growth, we'd love to hear from you.
