Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager for a market leading organisation, who are going through an exciting period of transformation and growth.

The Senior Finance Manager position is a high visibility and influential post, where you will lead the continuous development of the reporting function, with a specific focus on lease and impairment accounting across a growing property portfolio both for new sites and divestments.

Senior Finance Manager

• Strong IFRS technical knowledge, with hands on experience with IFRS 16 in an industry setting
• Leading teams, creating a high-performance environment and mentoring to develop careers
• Partner senior leadership and the confidence to present where required
• Drive transformation across technical accounting practices, month end and process improvement
• Knowledge of lease accounting, impairment, divestment and other IFRS 16 related matters

This Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller position is high visibility, will allow you to challenge the status quo and truly add value across a company going through growth and transformation and making a name for yourself from day one.

£80k - £90k / Hybrid / 20%+ bonus / Double Contributory Pension

This role will initially be offered on a 12 month FTC, with the potential for permanent opportunities across the business following the initial period.
