The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating and securing new contracts across the Soft Services FM sector, including cleaning and associated support services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Converting warm inbound and marketing-generated leads into profitable new business opportunities
• Conducting client meetings, site surveys, and discovery sessions to understand customer requirements
• Developing tailored service solutions and preparing professional proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors
• Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract award
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM system
• Collaborating with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure seamless mobilisation and customer onboarding

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Proven business development, sales, or account management experience within Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning, or Outsourced Services
• A strong track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience producing proposals, tenders, and customer-facing presentations
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
