This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential administrative support to specialist advisers, helping clients who may have experienced severe or life-changing injuries manage their financial arrangements with confidence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an efficient, professional and compassionate service to clients, solicitors and other professional contacts. The Role

As Personal Injury & Trust Administrator, you will provide comprehensive end-to-end administrative support to specialist advisers, helping to ensure Personal Injury Trust arrangements are managed accurately and efficiently.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients and professional representatives, coordinating documentation, processing new business and responding to requests with sensitivity and professionalism.

This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within financial services while making a meaningful difference to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the specialist Personal Injury Trust team.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure relevant trust documentation is prepared and issued accurately.

  • Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries from clients, solicitors and barristers.
  • Respond to enquiries professionally, maintaining a compassionate and reassuring approach.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is stored appropriately.
  • Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on information required to progress cases.
  • Support the smooth running of the team while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and client service.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and understands the importance of treating clients with empathy and respect.

You will ideally have:

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • A professional, patient and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with advisers and external professionals.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following established procedures.
  • A willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge within Personal Injury Trust administration.

What’s on Offer?

  • Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000.
  • Opportunity to earn an annual bonus.

  • An additional day off for your birthday.
  • Option to purchase additional annual leave.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.
