BMS Project Manager

I am supporting a well-established, ambitious BMS Integrator seeking a BMS Project Manager to join the team covering Manchester and the surrounding areas. You will be managing BMS projects from handover to completion, showcasing a strong technical knowledge of BMS systems including Trend, Tridium and Schneider.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle, including design, installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, procurement and project programmes.
• Produce technical documentation, RAMS and control strategies.
• Manage budgets, variations, risks and customer relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
