• Rate: £550
• Location: Manchester
• Working arrangement: Onsite at the client office, five days a week
• Working hours: Between 7am and 7pm as part of a rota
• IR35 status: Inside IR35
• Clearance: BPSS, plus client-specific vetting

You will be working onsite for a client in Manchester, supporting its SharePoint Server environment. Further client details have not been provided.

Your new role

As a SharePoint On-Premises Developer, you will develop, maintain and support custom solutions across SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).The role requires strong hands-on SharePoint development capability, including troubleshooting complex application issues, supporting upgrades and integrating SharePoint with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions.
• Support SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
• Troubleshoot complex application and development issues.
• Support remediation and testing of custom solutions during upgrades.
• Develop integrations with other enterprise systems.

What you'll need to succeedEssential skills and experience

• Strong SharePoint on-premises development experience.
• SharePoint Server 2019 and Subscription Edition (SE).
• C# / .NET.
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• HTML and CSS.
• SharePoint APIs / REST APIs.
• Experience developing custom SharePoint solutions and integrations.

Desirable skills and experience

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• React.
• PowerShell.
• Experience modernising or migrating legacy SharePoint solutions.
• SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or relevant Microsoft SharePoint / Microsoft 365 certifications.
