£90,000–£100,000 + up to 50% bonus

An ambitious, socially conscious investment business is seeking an Investment Manager to join its growing team in Manchester.

With £1bn+

in assets under management and ambitious growth plans, the business invests across the UK’s living sector, combining commercial returns with positive social impact.

Initially focused on affordable housing, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of investments from origination and financial appraisal through to transaction execution and ongoing asset management.

The role

• Originate and assess new investment opportunities.
• Build and review financial models, analysing returns, cash flows and investment risks.
• Prepare and present investment papers to Investment Committees and Boards.
• Lead transaction negotiations and support government grant funding applications.
• Monitor investment performance alongside Asset Management and Finance teams.
• Support investor reporting and new product development.
• Manage and develop junior team members.

About you

• 5–8 years’ experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, valuations or capital markets.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence making decisions and taking ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Relevant tertiary education; RICS qualification desirable but not essential.
