  • Experience supporting large-scale digital, HR, Finance or business transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience developing change, communications and engagement strategies
  • Demonstrable success driving adoption and embedding new ways of working
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex environment

Desirable Experience

  • Public sector, local government or NHS experience
  • Human-centred design or service design methodologies
  • Change management qualifications such as Prosci, APMG or similar
  • Experience supporting ERP, HRIS or Finance system implementations

What's on Offer?

  • Long-term contract through to March 2027
  • Opportunity to influence a major transformation programme
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Collaborative and supportive programme environment
  • Chance to make a tangible impact on the future of organisational ways of working

If you're an experienced Change Manager who enjoys helping organisations and people successfully adopt change, we'd love to hear from you.
