Corporate Finance Executive

Manchester | £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Finance Executive to join a well-established team in Manchester, working on a varied portfolio of corporate finance transactions and advisory assignments.

This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within Corporate Finance, gaining exposure to a range of transactions and working closely with experienced professionals.

The Role

• Supporting the delivery of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Undertaking financial analysis, modelling and valuation work.
• Assisting with the preparation of information memoranda, reports and presentations.
• Supporting financial due diligence and transaction execution.
• Conducting market research and analysing potential acquisition targets.
• Liaising with clients and other professional advisers throughout the transaction process.

About You

• Experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or a similar advisory environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and numerical skills.
• The ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or working towards qualification, would be advantageous.
