Are you a Service Manager or similar from an Automotive background looking for an autonomous, fast-paced leadership role within a rapidly growing business who work with major blue chip clients across the UK and offer the chance to continually progress your career?

This company are one of the UK leaders in Aftersales Installations for commercial vehicles, working with a broad client base including household names in transport and shipping. They are undergoing a period of major growth and due to this are looking to grow their friendly engineering team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for engineers across the North and Midlands region as you organise their schedules and workload. You will also provide training and ongoing support in addition to liaising with clients to ensure they are satisfied with service levels and provide necessary support as you work closely with members of senior leadership and other departments.
This role would suit a Service Manager or similar from an Automotive background looking for a fast growing company that offer specialist training, autonomy and the chance to continually progress your career.

The Role:
* Organise engineers workload and schedules
* Liaise with clients to ensure service delivery to a high standard
* Cover a regional patch and engineers across the North/Midlands
* Provide ongoing support and training
* Work closely with senior management and other departments

The Person:
* Field Service Manager
* Automotive or similar background
* Full UK Driving Licence
