An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive leader to join a leading premium motor retail group as Head of Used Sales.

Reporting at executive level, you will take full ownership of the group's used vehicle operation, driving sales performance, profitability, stock strategy, digital retailing, and operational excellence across multiple dealership locations.

• Develop and deliver the group-wide used car strategy.
• Drive volume, margin, profitability, and stock turn performance.
• Lead vehicle sourcing, pricing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Enhance digital retail performance and customer experience.
• Coach and develop Used Car Sales Managers and wider sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, FCA regulations, and group policies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Aftersales, Finance, and Marketing.

• Significant senior leadership experience within automotive retail.
• Proven success managing used car performance across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial understanding of stock management, pricing, sourcing, and profitability.
• Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience within a premium or prestige automotive environment is highly desirable.
