Plumbing Lecturer - Greater Manchester
Eden Brown are currently recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Plumbing Lecturer to join a further education college in Greater Manchester on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional with a passion for education and training to help develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week. Part-time applicants will also be considered, so we welcome applications from candidates seeking reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective plumbing lessons to learners across relevant levels.
* Provide practical demonstrations and support learners in developing their plumbing skills.
* Plan and prepare teaching materials in line with course requirements.
* Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, particularly during practical workshop sessions.
* Support learners in achieving their qualifications and progressing into employment or further training.

Requirements
* Relevant plumbing industry qualifications and/or substantial industry experience.
* Previous teaching, lecturing or training experience is desirable.
* A relevant teaching qualification is advantageous, although industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
* A commitment to learner development, health and safety, and high-quality teaching.

A DBS is also needed for this role.
