Administrator - #2168110

We're looking for an Administrator for a leading UK healthcare organisation based in Manchester on a permanent basis, paying between £25,000 and £27,000 per annum.

This is a fully onsite role working 37.5 hours across 5 days, including one Saturday each week with a weekday off in lieu.

The successful Administrator will keep a busy executive running smoothly, owning the diary, inbox and day-to-day coordination. You'll manage competing priorities, liaise with doctors, patients and other stakeholders, and make confident decisions on your own initiative.

You will need proven experience in the following:

Complex calendar and diary management

Email and inbox management

Clear written and verbal communication

Handling stakeholders at all levels, including clinical staff and patients

Working as a self-starter who makes sound decisions independently

Experience within a healthcare or clinical setting would be beneficial.
