Manchester Events Agency is expanding its face-to-face sales team, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working towards targets and being part of a motivated team.

You don't need years of sales experience or an impressive CV. We're far more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

Working alongside our team at events, shopping centres and promotional locations across Manchester, you'll be responsible for:

• Speaking directly with members of the public and introducing them to the brands we represent.
• Building rapport, answering questions and explaining products and services.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Developing practical communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Representing our campaigns professionally and enthusiastically.

Who are we looking for?

We're particularly interested in people who:

• Enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable starting conversations.
• Have a positive attitude and aren't easily discouraged.
• Are competitive, motivated and enjoy achieving goals.
• Work well with others and bring good energy to a team.
• Are open to feedback and willing to improve.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales can be useful, but it's certainly not essential.
