We're working with a growing digital marketing agency in Manchester city centre looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team.

This is a project management-focused role, where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, coordinate internal teams and ensure digital marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

You'll work closely with specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Content and Creative, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the wider agency.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and acting as their main point of contact
• Oversee multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, tasks and deliverables stay on track
• Coordinate internal teams across Paid Media, SEO, Content and Creative
• Lead client meetings, communicate campaign performance and provide regular updates
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support account growth

Your Profile:

You'll ideally have previous experience working as an Account Manager, Digital Account Manager or Project Manager within a marketing agency.

Agency experience is particularly important, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable managing client expectations, coordinating internal teams and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

An understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, SEO and Content would be beneficial, with lead generation experience particularly desirable.

You don't need to be a hands-on digital marketing specialist. Strong project management and client-facing skills are the priority.
