Start and run your own business with St James's Place

St James's Place is continuing its growth by supporting career changers to launch and grow their own business in financial advice.

We are looking for well-networked individuals from all backgrounds and demonstrable entrepreneurial drive and spirit. We will work with you to establish your new business within our 2,600 strong practice partnership.

You will be supported by a team that has best in class expertise in establishing financial advice businesses. This is a funded opportunity.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about financial advice and helping clients plan for their futures
• Professional, articulate, and confident in front of clients
• Has a strong personal network
• Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred (but not essential) :

• QCF Level 4 qualifications (DipFA, IAD, CISI, or equivalent)
• Background in relationship management or other client-facing roles. Open to a charismatic individual who is passionate about advice with at least 4 years professional experience
