We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Lawyer to join our team at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing professional legal advice and ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
• Deliver excellent client service while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

About You

• Previous experience managing residential conveyancing transactions.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Property Lawyer.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and effectively.
