We're looking for an exceptional Senior Social Videographer & Editor who lives and breathes beauty, hair, fashion and social media. You'll have outstanding filming and editing skills, a strong creative eye and an instinctive understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok and paid social. You'll be equally confident creating authentic, engaging social content and polished, luxury beauty videos.

This is a hands-on, social-first role where you'll independently take ideas from concept through to filming and final edit, whether that's shooting hair transformations on an iPhone, directing models or creating high-performing adverts. You'll bring fresh ideas, creative judgement, initiative and exceptional attention to detail.

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, paid advertising, our website and other marketing channels.
• Independently lead shoots, including lighting, directing models and filming hair transformations, tutorials, product demonstrations and campaigns.
• Create both polished, luxury beauty content and authentic, engaging social-first videos.
• Edit compelling, platform-specific content with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, sound and transitions.
• Produce performance-focused paid social adverts designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Maintain exceptional standards of lighting, composition, colour accuracy and visual consistency, particularly when showcasing hair and skin tones.
• Repurpose footage into fresh content and multiple formats to maximise output.
• Collaborate with our Founder and wider team, bringing fresh ideas and staying ahead of beauty, fashion and social media trends.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years' experience creating video content for a beauty, hair, fashion or relevant e-commerce brand.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing premium beauty content, social-first videos and exceptional editing skills.
• Confident filming with professional cameras and iPhone, with excellent knowledge of lighting, composition and colour accuracy.
• Advanced video editing skills, including colour grading, sound, pacing and storytelling.
• Proven experience creating paid social adverts and a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to independently plan and lead shoots, including directing models and creators.
• Genuine passion for hair, beauty, fashion and social media trends.
• Proactive, organised and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.

We edit on software such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut so experience is preferred.

Bonus: Photography, Photoshop/Lightroom, image retouching and experience with hair extension brands.
