Events Marketing & Community Lead - #2166562
Teem
Most events roles hand you a calendar. This one hands you the brief.
The role:
We’re hiring a Community & Brand Lead to build and own teem’s events and community. You’ll decide who we should be meeting, how we engage them, and how it turns into clear outcomes for the business.
We’ve tested plenty. Now we need someone to own it end to end and make it pay off.
Why join:
- Real ownership. The approach is yours to shape, not a fixed calendar to execute.
- Influence beyond events. You’ll help shape teem’s wider marketing strategy, with a development pathway built around you.
- You’ll be in the room with GTM leaders from some of the fastest-growing AI companies.
What you’ll do:
- Shape our events and community strategy: who we meet, where, and why
- Plan and run events, from intimate roundtables to larger moments
- Host discussions that get GTM leaders and founders debating, not just networking
- Interview operators and turn those conversations into video case studies and content
- Follow through on every event, track outcomes and show what’s working
- Work with our BD and content teams to turn relationships into opportunities
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years in field, events or community marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A track record of events that drive results, not just attendance
- Confidence hosting a room and sparking discussion
- Comfort with interviews and video, in front of or behind the camera
- Self-direction: you’re happy owning both the plan and the delivery
