A highly regarded international law firm is looking to appoint a talented Real Estate Associate to join its established team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to access London-quality Real Estate work without being London-based, advising on sophisticated, high-value matters for major clients across a broad range of sectors.

The role will involve:

• Advising on major retail, mixed-use and office developments
• Handling property financing matters
• Advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Working on portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting clients on complex, high-value Real Estate transactions
