Project Manager / £400pd - £500pd Inside IR35 / 6 Months / Manchester or Wigan / Hybrid (2 days a week)

We're supporting a leading UK organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager on an interim basis.

This is a highly visible role sitting within the Operations function, leading a series of critical transformation initiatives linked to future operating model design.

Project Manager / £400pd - £500pd Inside IR35 / 6 Months / Manchester or Wigan / Hybrid (2 days a week)

We're supporting a leading UK organisation looking for a Project Manager to review an existing operational service line, current processes, future-state operating models and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational change and transformation projects from initiation through to implementation
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Services and Leadership teams
• Develop and execute transition and mobilisation plans
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications
• Drive business readiness activity including process design, training, communications and go-live planning
• Support workforce transition activity, including potential TUPE considerations
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future operating models
• Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external customers

• Proven Project Management experience delivering complex operational change programmes
• Strong background in business transformation, mobilisation or transition projects
• Experience working with field-based operational workforces
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across operational and corporate functions
• Experience of workforce change, organisational redesign or TUPE programmes would be advantageous
• Utilities, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications or service operations experience highly desirable

The role is offering £400pd - £500pd Inside IR35 for 6 months, based roughly 2 days a week (this can be flexible) in Manchester or Wigan. If you're interested, please apply below.
