You’ll work with highly cerebral, down-to-earth colleagues on projects you won’t find anywhere else, and you’ll have the chance to travel across Europe as part of the role.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll turn structured and unstructured data into models that drive real decisions across multiple European portfolios:

→ Building propensity-to-pay forecasts and other predictive and descriptive models

→ Owning the full model lifecycle: modelling, scoring and monitoring across a range of data sources

→ Getting stuck into new projects, including NLP

→ Working across European portfolios, from a large European bank to a smaller Italian FS client

→ Presenting insight to colleagues and showing them what the data is really saying

You’ll bring

Experience in a Data Science role with a real focus on modelling and coding

Strong Python and SQL

Hands-on modelling techniques such as CHAID, cluster analysis, Bayesian algorithms, neural networks and MARS

An open mind about where you’ve come from; this role is industry-agnostic

Bonus points for

Experience with visualisation tools.

The tech

Data Lake, Azure, Databricks, Python, ML, SQL, SAS and Snowflake. It’s a cutting-edge stack with plenty of room to experiment.

The process

It’s simple and quick: an initial call with the Head of Data Science, then a project to work on and present back. The whole thing takes days, not weeks, and we’ll support you at every step.
