Patient Services Officer - #2163770

Venn Group are working with an NHS organisation who are seeking an experienced Patient Services Officer on a three month contract.

Hybrid Working | £15.00 per Hour | 3-Month Contract | 37.5 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient concerns, complaints, claims and MP enquiries from receipt through to resolution.
• Investigate complex complaints and provide advice throughout formal complaints processes.
• Liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, senior stakeholders and external organisations.
• Prepare reports, monitor trends and support service improvement initiatives.
• Support conciliation meetings and ensure cases are managed within statutory timescales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling complaints or patient experience cases within a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and report-writing ability.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work to deadlines.
• NHS experience is desirable.
