Roxwell Talent

An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, ambitious UK law firm with an impressive client base, a strong reputation for quality and a genuinely collaborative culture.

Our client is a progressive, growing firm with an ambitious vision for the future. With a reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to household names, established businesses and ambitious enterprises, the firm invests in its people and recognises the important contribution its Legal PAs make to its success.

You'll join a talented Commercial Litigation team, supporting experienced lawyers on a varied range of interesting and challenging matters. This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll become an integral part of the team, building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Your responsibilities will include diary and meeting management, client correspondence, coordinating legal documentation, supporting file and matter management, and ensuring the lawyers you support can work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

What we're looking for

We're particularly keen to hear from experienced Legal PAs, Legal Secretaries and EAs who enjoy working closely with senior professionals and take pride in delivering exceptional support.

You'll be highly organised, proactive, personable and confident managing competing priorities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of those you support will be important.

Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be ideal, particularly within litigation or another busy practice area. However, accomplished PAs and administrators from other professional backgrounds with strong transferable skills will also be considered.

What's on offer?

You'll be joining a welcoming, supportive and collaborative team within a firm that is genuinely committed to developing its people. Alongside interesting work and opportunities to broaden your experience, you'll benefit from ongoing training, professional development and the chance to contribute to a growing and ambitious business.

The firm also offers an attractive benefits package, and has a hybrid working pattern.
