Business Development Manager - Workplace Refreshment Solutions

7:30am-4:30pm office hours

Office-based with daily F2F meetings, appointments and site visits in Manchester

£40-45K Basic | £70K-£75K OTE | Uncapped Commission | Company Car

A rapidly expanding workplace refreshment business is entering an exciting phase of ambitious growth and is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities in the Manchester market.

This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role, representing a unique range of premium workplace refreshment equipment - coffee, water, juicers and vending machines - alongside accompanying maintenance and servicing contracts.

As well as building direct relationships with FM providers and businesses, a key part of the role will be networking with architects, designers and specification managers, positioning the solution during the early stages of building design and fit-out.

You'll need to be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, understand how to uncover genuine customer needs and, most importantly, be able to sell the value of their products and services.

We're looking for:

Proven B2B field sales experience

Proven new-business ability with a contractual sales background would be advantageous

Experience selling equipment, workplace solutions, catering equipment, facilities management, managed tech services, workwear, contract services or similar

Strong relationship-building & consultative selling skills

Confident, articulate communication style
