What You'll Be Doing
- Generating employer leads and business opportunities
- Building relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Attending networking and employer engagement events
- Identifying recruitment and workforce development needs
- Matching candidates to vacancies
- Coordinating interviews and recruitment activity
- Gathering employer feedback and supporting customer progression
- Maintaining accurate records and management information systems
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, employer engagement or business development experience
- Proven success working to targets and KPIs
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment, employment or training sectors
- A proactive and results-driven approach
