The role

Let's be honest, some marketing jobs involve tweaking the same campaigns, staring at the same dashboards, and sitting through meetings that could've been emails. You'll help drive the digital engine behind a business that's redefining modern living. One day you could be analysing campaign performance and uncovering a golden nugget hidden in the data. The next, you'll be working with agencies to launch paid media campaigns, improving customer journeys, optimising websites, testing new ideas and helping turn curious browsers into future residents.

You’ll sit behind driving lead generation across multiple digital channels, diving into campaign performance & improving website content, customer journeys and SEO performance. And supporting CRM campaigns that engage the right people at the right time.

You'll have a seat at the table, not a seat in the corner. Without question, your ideas will be heard & your insights will matter. And you'll be surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The kind of person we're looking for

A love for digital & someone who enjoys figuring things out. Someone who gets a buzz from seeing a campaign outperform expectations, spotting a hidden insight in a dashboard or finding a smarter way to do something.

You don't need decades of experience, but you do sit on the performance side of the marketing fence, with an interest in lead generation, paid media, CRM, and conversion optimisation. Also handy if you know your way around Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & Wordpress.

A good couple of years would be ideal, but attitude matters just as much as experience here & you get a strange amount of satisfaction from a falling CPL & spotting patterns in data. You ask questions. You test things. You improve things & someone who rolls their sleeves up, gets involved and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely backs one another.
