Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clerk of Works to join a public-sector organisation working across commercial properties in Greater Manchester.
Working across capital construction projects within a fire and rescue estate, you will provide independent, professional site inspection and quality assurance across new-build, refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where your expertise will directly influence the quality and performance of essential frontline emergency service infrastructure.

Your new role
As a Clerk of Works you will provide independent site inspections and construction quality assurance across capital projects. You will be comfortable working on live sites and collaborating with Project Managers, consultants and contractors to ensure the required standards are maintained throughout project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Clerk of Works with excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
As the position involves regular travel between sites, residing within Greater Manchester and being able to travel across the estate would be beneficial.
