HR & Employment Law Advisor (Career Progression)

What You Will Do

• Advise & Support: Lead phone and Teams consultations with business owners on contracts, letters, and employee guidance.
• Document Architecture: Review and draft legally compliant policies (aligned with the latest standards) protecting both employer and employee.
• Tech Enablement: Guide clients through our HR software, using data insights to deliver proactive support.
• Own Cases: Take end-to-end responsibility for client queries, building long-term working relationships.

What You Need

• Background in HR Administration, a CIPD qualification, or foundational Employment Law knowledge.
• Sharp attention to detail and high organisational drive for a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, empathetic communication skills over phone and video calls.
