Sales Support Administrator

Manchester - Hybrid- 3 days a week

Salary £28k-£33k depending on experience (Plus quarterly comms)

The Role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Sales Support Administrator to support our broker team. This role includes processing finance paperwork, updating our CRM system, supporting the end-to-end deal process and liaising with lenders on customers on the status of there applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee new finance applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Provide support to the Sales Advisors
• Updating our office CRM system ensuing that all client’s records are maintained
• First point of contact for all email & phone enquiries into the team on application status
• Support the sales team with the maintenance & management of the pipeline.
• Ensure all compliance regulation & legislation is adhered to where relevant

About you

• Educated to A Level / degree level or equivalent
• Previous administrative support experience in a Broker or Lender
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver
