My client are a global firm based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for an Administrator/PA to join the team. This role requires candidates to provide ad hoc administration support to PA’s, Solicitors and Fee Earners.

As an Administrator/PA your duties will include:

• Monitoring emails in the central inbox
• Diary management
• Organising meetings and events
• Arranging and booking travel
• Assist with financial and billing processes
• Managing the administration processes

As an Administrator/PA you will have the following skills:

• Previous Administration experience
• Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication
