Ideally, you'll have:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Planning & Development or a closely related subject.
  • A genuine interest in the planning and development sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous planning experience, including internships or placement experience, would be beneficial but is not essential.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive graduate salary.
  • Full training and support from experienced planning professionals.
  • Exposure to a diverse range of planning projects.
  • Excellent opportunity to develop your planning career.
  • Support towards relevant professional development and progression.
  • Friendly and collaborative working environment.
