We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Manchester-based organisation that is expanding its Charity Representation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and representing charities that make a real difference in communities across the UK.

No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. If you're motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, you'll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and genuine opportunities for career progression from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known charities through face-to-face community outreach campaigns, helping to raise awareness and connect supporters with causes that matter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with members of the public through face-to-face campaigns.
• Sharing each charity's mission, values, and impact within the community.
• Building genuine relationships through engaging conversations.
• Answering questions and providing clear, accurate information.
• Guiding new supporters through the registration process.
• Working towards individual and team fundraising objectives.
• Participating in ongoing training and personal development.

• Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
