The Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding will oversee projects from planning through to completion, keeping work on programme, controlling costs and maintaining standards on site.

Candidate Background

• Experience as a Contracts Manager within industrial roofing, cladding or building envelope contracting.

• Strong knowledge of cladding systems, installation methods and site delivery.

• Experience managing several projects and coordinating site teams.

• Good commercial awareness, with the ability to control costs and programmes.

• A practical approach to solving problems and communicating with clients.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.
